COVID-19 UPDATES

Beginning March 15, 2021, clients are allowed into the Hospital with their pets!

If you have an appointment:

  • Please park in a numbered parking spot in the parking lot and phone the number on the sign.
  • You will be brought into the Hospital directly to an exam room once we are ready for you and your pet.

If you are admitting your pet with us for treatment or grooming:

  • Please also park in a numbered parking spot in the parking lot and phone the number on the sign.
  • You will be brought in to go over admittance paperwork before leaving your pet with us.
  • Groom clients will have their pets brought in by our staff from their vehicle.

Please remember that masks must still be worn while you are inside our Hospital. No exceptions to these rules!

HVC Continues to offer curbside service!

This includes curbside check-in and check-out in an effort to maintain social distance. Please call us from your vehicle and we will come out to you in the parking lot to bring in your pet or deliver prescriptions.

A few things to remember:

  • Please park in a numbered parking spot in our lot, and call when you arrive
  • Please wear a mask
  • Our doctors and staff will communicate with you by phone
  • You can pay by credit card over the phone or by requesting the staff send you a payment link through the chat feature on our app
  • We’ll bring your pet’s prescription to your car

HVC IS TEMPORARILY OFFERING SOCIAL DISTANCING CURBSIDE SERVICE!

Beginning March 16, 2020, we are offering curbside check-in and check out for those of you who are keeping a “Social Distance” from others. Call us from your vehicle and we will come out to you in the parking lot to bring in your pet. Our doctors and staff will communicate with you by phone. You can also pay for your pet’s prescriptions over the phone, then call us when you arrive, and we’ll bring your pet’s prescription to your car. Please park in a numbered parking spot in our lot, call when you arrive, and wear a mask while our staff members are in your car. By working together we can protect our staff and our clients!
